Since the first of the year we have decided to get a grip on our health.
First things first, no alcohol, no
caffeine, no soda pop, no tobacco, no red meat!
Walking at least 15 minutes a day, not just 5 minutes at a time throughout
the day.
Walking just for the intent of walking, walk brisk, and watch your posture.
Wii fit. Very fun and cool
way to track progress. If you don't have or can't afford one, don't worry.
Water and lots of it, it's
best to get a Brita or some other filtration system.
Juice, fresh juice. You can get it from the store but really be
sure to read the labels. No sugar, sodium, fat etc...
Fish and veggies for meals as much as possible. Not batter dipped
either, baked, fried (in olive oil), BBQ'd
Lots of rest and relaxation, hot tub, sauna, & swimming are great
if you have access.
Breathing and Yoga, also helps with the relaxation.
